How you will make an impact:
As a Nurse Manager (RN) at St. Mark Village, you will manage clinical operations and nursing staff in a long-term care setting. This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality resident care, supervising evening shift staff, and maintaining compliance with all facility policies, procedures, and applicable regulations. The RN Clinical Manager responds to emergencies, monitors resident conditions, ensures proper documentation, and communicates effectively with families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team. Additional responsibilities include participating in quality improvement efforts, attending clinical meetings, and serving as a resource for staff during the shift.
Schedule: This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, from 3:00 pm-11:00 pm, with inclusion in an on-call rotation.
What you will need:
- Active and current RN license in the state of Florida (required)
- Graduation from an accredited RN program (required)
- 3-5 years of experience in LTC and management (required).
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team (preferred).
