What You'll Do:
- Create and maintain accurate staffing schedules for SNF, Assisted Living, and Skilled Care units, ensuring appropriate coverage and staffing levels at all times.
- Manage time-off requests, call-outs, tardies, and schedule changes while keeping the OnShift scheduling system updated with employee rotations, agency staffing, and attendance records.
- Monitor timekeeping records daily, resolve missed or inaccurate punches, and prepare staffing and attendance reports for leadership.
- Maintain regulatory staffing documentation, including daily staffing postings, PBJ updates, and required compliance records.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for phone calls, visitors, and team member inquiries, providing professional administrative support.
- Support the nursing team as needed, including assisting with CNA duties when required and promoting a safe, resident-focused environment.
What You'll Need:
- 2 years of scheduling experience or related training (required)
- Strong typing skills (45+ WPM) and proficiency with Microsoft Office (required)
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills (required)
- Active Florida CNA license (required)
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
