Full-time: Days may vary, morning shifts with some weekends and holidays
PRN: As needed to cover call-outs, vacations and busy periods, with some weekends and holidays

St. Mark Village is hiring full-time and PRN Environmental Services Technicians to join our award-winning housekeeping team. You’ll help keep our community clean, safe and welcoming for residents. What You’ll Do

Clean resident rooms and common areas, including mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, trash removal and window cleaning
Care for floors and carpets by sweeping, scrubbing, buffing, extracting and shampooing
Follow safety, PPE and hazardous-waste procedures, and keep resident information confidential
Work independently while following set cleaning procedures
Report repair and maintenance needs to the Environmental Services Manager
Cross-train in all EVS areas, including resident apartments, healthcare areas and floor care

What You’ll Need

6 months of housekeeping or cleaning experience
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 35 pounds
