What You'll Do:

Manage clinical care and nursing services in Assisted Living and Memory Care
Provide leadership, supervision, and scheduling for nursing staff
Ensure compliance with Florida ALF regulations, facility policies, and professional standards
Coordinate care with physicians and ensure new orders are implemented
Conduct daily rounds of resident and service areas
Oversee infection control and accident/incident programs
Participate in meetings and an on-call rotation
Serve as a clinical resource for staff across all shifts

What You'll Need:

Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing in the State of Florida.
Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; minimum five to seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum five years of previous Management experience required.
Assisted Living/ Memory Care experience required
Previous CCRC experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook required.
Must demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbally and electronically.
Must possess thorough organizational skills, as well as an ability to work well with a Team
