What You'll Do:
- Manage clinical care and nursing services in Assisted Living and Memory Care
- Provide leadership, supervision, and scheduling for nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with Florida ALF regulations, facility policies, and professional standards
- Coordinate care with physicians and ensure new orders are implemented
- Conduct daily rounds of resident and service areas
- Oversee infection control and accident/incident programs
- Participate in meetings and an on-call rotation
- Serve as a clinical resource for staff across all shifts
What You'll Need:
- Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing in the State of Florida.
- Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; minimum five to seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum five years of previous Management experience required.
- Assisted Living/ Memory Care experience required
- Previous CCRC experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook required.
- Must demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbally and electronically.
- Must possess thorough organizational skills, as well as an ability to work well with a Team
