What You'll Do:
- Oversee the care and services rendered to the clients of St Mark Village Home Health
- Complete Start of Care assessments, follow-up visits, and accurate OASIS documentation in compliance with regulations
- Support private duty services, including handling inquiries, completing assessments, and filling in for shifts when needed
- Participate in an on-call rotation and collaborate with the care team to ensure residents’ needs are met
- Mentor and support clinical staff to maintain high standards of care and compliance
- Follow all safety, infection control, documentation, and mandatory reporting policies
- Must have a current Florida Registered Nurse License (required)
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university preferred; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Two years of management or supervisory experience in a health care setting preferred
- Complies and maintains current CPR certification (required)
- Knowledge of governmental regulations and ACHC standards
