What You'll Do

As the community nurse, oversee the care and services rendered to the residents within St. Mark Village (no travel)
Complete Start of Care assessments, follow-up visits when ill or hospitalized, and accurate OASIS documentation in compliance with regulations
Support private duty services, including handling inquiries, completing assessments, and filling in for shifts when needed
Participate in an on-call rotation and collaborate with the care team to ensure residents’ needs are met
Mentor and support clinical staff to maintain high standards of care and compliance
Follow all home health regulations, safety, infection control, documentation, and mandatory reporting policies

What You'll Need

Must have a current Florida Registered Nurse License (required)
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university preferred; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
OASIS documentation and knowledge of home health regulations (required)
Two years of management or supervisory experience in a health care setting preferred
Complies and maintains current CPR certification (required)
Knowledge of governmental regulations and ACHC standards
