What You'll Do
- Manage front desk operations, including phone, email, and in-person communication while greeting residents and visitors
- Coordinate daily administrative tasks such as mail handling, scheduling support, and activity sign-ups
- Organize office systems, including filing, supply management, and maintaining a professional environment
- Generate and maintain various reports while supporting overall office operations
What You'll Need:
- High school diploma or GED, required
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, required
- Proficient in Typing, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experienced in file maintenance, required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong organizational abilities and the capacity to work well within a team, required
