- This is a salaried position, with a range of $42,000-$60,000 plus commission, with credit given for experience.
How you will make an impact:
As a Sales Counselor at St. Mark Village, you will be responsible for developing and executing both short- and long-term sales strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals, while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality regarding resident and prospect information. Duties include qualifying leads, conducting daily outreach, managing and maintaining accurate lead records in the CRM, and providing informative, engaging tours and walk-in consultations to prospective residents and their families. You will consistently follow up with inquiries, support marketing campaigns, and work closely with the Move-In Coordinator to ensure smooth transitions for incoming residents. Additional responsibilities include building relationships with key community partners and referral sources, researching market trends and demographics to stay competitive, and participating in outreach or events that support occupancy goals. Schedule: This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-5:30pm, with occasional weekend availability required.
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year College or university; and three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience (required).
- Minimum three years of previous sales experience in senior living (required).
- proficient in Microsoft Office, including knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook (required)
- Must demonstrate excellent communication skills both verbally and electronically.
- Must possess thorough organizational skills, as well as an ability to work well with a Team.
