What You'll Do

Provide comprehensive care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and assisting with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and ambulation
Monitor residents' conditions, report concerns to medical staff, and maintain accurate records
Supervise nonprofessional staff, coordinate care plans with the medical team, oversee inventory, and communicate with residents' families
Assist with admissions, discharges, and post-mortem care as needed

What You'll Need

Current Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license required
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university preferred; or 1–2 years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to produce a negative drug test required
