What You'll Do
This is a task-oriented caregiving position based within one community location. Throughout your shift, you'll assist multiple residents according to their individual care needs. Responsibilities include:
- Provide assistance with bathing, showers, and personal care routines.
- Help residents with dressing, grooming, and daily self-care activities.
- Complete laundry and light housekeeping duties as needed.
- Offer medication reminders in accordance with community guidelines.
- Build meaningful relationships through companionship and social interaction.
- Respond to resident requests with kindness, professionalism, and respect.
What You'll Need
- Minimum of one year of Home Health Aide experience required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire.
- Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a genuine passion for serving older adults.
- Ability to successfully complete a drug screening and provide a negative drug test result.
