What You'll Do:
This is a task-based position focused on helping residents with activities of daily living. You’ll work at a single community location during your shift, supporting multiple residents based on their individual needs. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with showers and personal hygiene
- Supporting residents with dressing and grooming
- Laundry and light housekeeping tasks
- Medication reminders
- Providing companionship and friendly interaction
- Responding to resident needs with patience and respect
What You'll Need:
- Must be over the age of 18, required
- High school diploma or GED, required
- Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon employment
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a sincere desire to care for the elderly
- Applicants for this position must be able to produce a negative drug test
