About the Role
Help residents live independently and with confidence. As a Home Health Aide at St. Mark Village, you’ll give personalized support that helps older adults keep their independence, comfort, and dignity. The role is task-based and located within one community. During each shift, you’ll help several residents based on their individual care needs.

What You’ll Do

Help with bathing, showers, and personal care routines
Assist with dressing, grooming, and daily self-care
Complete laundry and light housekeeping as needed
Give medication reminders following community guidelines
Build meaningful relationships through companionship and conversation
Respond to resident requests with kindness, professionalism, and respect

What You’ll Need

At least 1 year of Home Health Aide experience (required)
Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or GED (required)
Current CPR certification, or willingness to get certified after hire
Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for serving older adults
Must pass a drug screening
