What You’ll Do

Give comprehensive nursing care, including medications, treatments and help with daily activities such as bathing, dressing and walking
Monitor residents’ conditions, report changes to physicians and keep accurate clinical records
Supervise and guide CNAs and support staff during your shift
Coordinate care plans with the interdisciplinary team and talk with residents’ families
Oversee unit supplies and inventory
Handle admissions, discharges and post-mortem care as needed

What We’re Looking For

Current Florida RN license or multistate (NLC) compact license
ADN or BSN required; BSN preferred
1–2 years of nursing experience preferred; skilled nursing or long-term care experience a plus
Strong clinical judgment, communication and leadership skills
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
