How you will make an impact:
As the Clinical Process Manager at St. Mark Village, you will be a Registered Nurse who will oversee the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI), care planning, and PDPM processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and support optimal resident care. Key responsibilities include conducting and reviewing MDS assessments, managing OBRA and Medicare schedules, supporting interdisciplinary care planning, and participating in utilization review and quality assurance. This role requires strong clinical oversight, collaboration with team members across all shifts, and a commitment to maintaining high standards in resident well-being, documentation accuracy, and regulatory compliance. Schedule: This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-4:30pm.
What you will need:
- Must be a registered nurse (RN) in good standing in the State of Florida; minimum three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in SNF MDS management (required).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook (required).
- Previous experience in the RAI/CP/PDPM process (required).
- Must demonstrate excellent communication skills both verbally and electronically and possess thorough organizational skills, as well as an ability to work well with a team.
