What You'll Do:
- Help residents regain mobility, strength, and independence through evidence-based treatments such as therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional activity training
- Assess and treat residents, develop individualized care plans, and educate patients and families on mobility, safety, and assistive devices
- Conduct home assessments to ensure safe transitions and contribute to wellness activities promoting overall physical, mental, and social health
- Collaborate within a compassionate, collaborative team dedicated to helping seniors live fuller, more independent lives
What You'll Need:
- Registered and licensed in the state of Florida to practice as a Physical Therapist (required)
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist program (required)
