What You'll Do:
- Manage communications through a PBX switchboard, handling interoffice and house calls
- Greet and direct visitors while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
- Distribute guest room keys and log calls, materials, and visitor information accurately
- Monitor safety and security systems and respond appropriately in emergency situations
- Coordinate with nursing, security, and emergency services as needed
- Perform administrative support tasks to assist other departments
What You'll Need:
- High School Diploma or GED; or one to three months of related experience and/or training
- Ability to read, write, and follow simple instructions
- Strong verbal communication skills and a positive, helpful attitude
- Ability to work effectively with Residents, team members, and visitors
- Applicants for this position must be able to produce a negative drug test
