How you will make an impact:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you are responsible for assisting residents with their daily needs, including answering call lights and providing assistance with tasks such as bathing, dressing, and ambulation. You will support charge nurses by performing tasks like taking vital signs, repositioning bedfast residents, and assisting with treatments and examinations. Additionally, our CNAs helps with meal management, ensuring residents are either escorted to meals or have meals delivered to their rooms, and they maintain safety and infection control protocols. Schedules vary: This is a full-time, day shift role from 7:00am-3:00pm.
What you will need:
- High School Diploma or GED or one to three months related experience and/or training
- Active Florida CNA Certification
- Active CPR Certification
- Willingness to maintain 18 educational credit hours annually
- Ability to read and understand safety rules and procedure manuals
- Ability to effectively communicate with Residents, visitors, and other team members
