What You'll Do:
- Assist residents with daily needs, including answering call lights, bathing, dressing, and ambulation
- Support charge nurses by taking vital signs, repositioning bedfast residents, and assisting with treatments and examinations.
- Help manage meals by escorting residents to the dining area or delivering meals to their rooms.
- Maintain resident safety and follow infection control protocols.
What You'll Need:
- High School Diploma or GED or one to three months related experience and/or training (required)
- Active Florida CNA Certification (required)
- Active CPR Certification (preferred, can train on-site)
- Ability to read and understand safety rules and procedure manuals
- Ability to effectively communicate with residents, visitors, and other team members
